Warn Industries, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical components of the Warn Self-recovery winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and that the electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch and does not apply to finish and wire rope, or if the winch has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, collision, overloading, modification, misapplication, improper installation, or improper service.
